Our Process
Step 2 - Measure Up
One of our designers will visit your home to take measurements of your bathroom, check technicalities of the room layout and discuss what is most important to capture within your bathroom and what you envisage it to look like. If you already have plans, and are in the process of building your home, we will visit site once walls have been erected to ensure that all bathroom plan measurements are correct. We also check things such as your flow rates, drainage and what plumbing system is currently serving your bathroom. After our visit we will prepare your bathroom design on our CAD software and invite you back into the showroom to see your design virtually.
Step 3 - Finalise Design
You will be welcomed back into the showroom to see your prepared design. We will discuss styles, colours and ranges with you using sample brassware and tiles to put the absolute best and final design together to complete your bathroom transformation.
If one of our installation teams are fitting your brand new bathroom we will also discuss this process with you, arrange a site visit for you to meet our project manager, discuss any requirements and dates for the upcoming install.
If you are not using our installation service once designs are agreed upon we will prepare an installation pack for your installer/builder so they are informed all of products and materials that have been chosen for the bathroom. This will include 2D plan, elevation, product specifications and any important points that they need to be aware of within the layout of the room.
Step 4 - Book A Date
Book us in! Once you have reviewed your design the next step is to either book in a date for us to install your dream bathroom or to use our project management services to assist you with just supplying your bathroom suite.
If you are having your bathroom fitted by our installation team we will be back for two more site visits to finalise measurements and products to make sure your bathroom is perfect.
If you’re using your own installer we are on hand to speak with your fitters, builders or any other tradesman that may need advice installing your suite. They will also get given an installation pack to assist them when fitting your bathroom.
